We stayed one night in “Oriental Residence Bangkok,” which is one of the most luxury hotels in Bangkok.
Located approx. 10 minutes away from the Ploenchit station along the BTS Sukhumvit line, its rooms are just like high-graded gorgeous residential place where celebrities live.
Here is a large bed room with a tranquil atmosphere.
Then, the living room.
We can relax on the sofa, and watch TV or do whatever we like to do.
Such a huge gap between this room and the flat in Tokyo where we live... extraordinary!
Actually, there is also a pool.
This is one of the fancy places in Oriental Residence Bangkok.
It is not on the picture here but there are some private spaces on the poolside. There is a bed-sized sofa in each of the private spaces.
Once we go in, and close the curtain - we are suddenly in a fancy private room, while being in a shared space of the hotel.
Relaxing in the private room with a fresh air outside, we can also have some drinks and snacks once we make an order to staffs in the bar counter just next to the pool.
This hotel is highly rated up to 4.5/5.0 and mentioned as the best 19th hotel in Bangkok, according to Tripadvisor.
As of May 21, it seems that many rooms are already reserved for the coming October 2018 (based on Tripadvisor).
The fee for the accommodation seems to be approx. 135 USD/night per room for 2 ppl. If you wish to reserve a room, it is recommendable to make it quickly.
There is one more favorite 5 star hotel in Bangkok, U Sathorn Bangkok, which is a resort hotel located just 15 minutes away from Siam station by Taxi.
